How can I get my fushia hanging basket to rebloom?

It is early July and my fushia hanging basket is looking really bad. What can I do or is it doomed?

Cut it back and give it some miracle grow.

Make sure you're removing dead blooms or any dried up material and fertilize with a natural liquid matter. This should get it back on track.
