Guessing that you have a cultured marble top because they crack a lot. Dangerous? No. It may start leaking though. Best is to replace it. You can find them new for under $100 if you don't need something fancy. I have white ones in both of my bathrooms and they are the least expensive. White also fits with most decor and don't go out of style like the ones with colored swirls.

They told me that if I want to replace the sink they will have to remove the cabinet totally and that it will coast more that 700$ .

I'd worry about water leaks. What is the sink material? It may be best to contact company that made sink and ask their advice.

It is expensive to replace a vanity cabinet and that price does not sound unreasonable, given the prices of vanity cabinets at the big box store. We here like to do stuff ourselves but if you don't have the tools, skills, or desire the project can look daunting. There are lots of videos out there if you are interested. Simple Google search and a few minutes watching may give you the confidence and desire to make this happen. Here's one to get you started: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pi9AP8U2_qQ
