YYou could build a pallet privacy screen the pallets are normally free ..

An awning with a side curtain will take care of it.

More expensive option, but one I have taken - have an awning installed, with a side curtain. I have a privacy fence, but they could still look out the windows. I had a Sunsetter Retractable Awning installed.
