New grape plants in Michigan

The leaves on my new grape plants are turning yellow. Am I watering them too much? I have never grown them before, so not sure how much to water. The instructions didn't specify. Thank you Barb

Add a little fertilizer

I have had diffuculty in the past growing grapes. This year I planted some Zone 3 Cold Weather Tough (UTAH) an the directions said only water every 7-10 days. Even though it was hard to resist and I did and they are doing fabulous.
