I have had good luck with CLR, a non-abrasive sponge, and lots of elbow grease. Rinse with hot water and vinegar.
Try Barkeepers Friend (liquid) and a non-abrasive scrubber, if you can get it. I can’t find it in Ontario.
If you have a glass stove top use all the same gear you use on it.
