Do you live in the city? They have laws. Your husband can get a hefty fine for having an eye sore. Maybe that will help.

    Mine too, and general junk!

Just remember how much you love him and want him to be happy.

There could be lots of money in them if they are antiques! Have him line them up and plant a hedge in front of them.

not antiques just for parts but a hedge is a great idea, thanks!

You can either put up a privacy fence, or divorce him. Just kidding about the divorce thing.

  • Build a fancy barn or garage to house them in. He can do whatever he wants on the inside, and you get the outside to landscape attractively.

I have a simple rule for every one thing that you bring in 1 item goes out. If it doesn't run or work I consider it useless and time to either sell or donate. But sounds like the best thing you could do is to figure out a way to hide his junk tractors (men can be so strange about junk). Could you put put a lattice fence to block the view? What about planting shrubs in front of his prizes?

    Hello Beckie,

Suggest he invests in a Shed he could add to if necessary when it becomes a bit of a Museum, so he can tinker with them out of the weather and therefore preserve them better. If that is not a possibility, suggest you have it fenced or screened off with a Trellis and have the outside of the compound as a flower bed or if, he doesn't like that idea maybe a Hedge or a Line of Trees might appeal! Good luck, but remember to put it to him in a way that he will be the winner too!

Hi Beckie, I like the idea of a shed or barn to keep them in, if that is unaffordable, you could thing about putting a blind in front of the area where the tractors are parked so they are not the first thing people see when they pull into your yard.

Here are some ideas, you can use planta nd lattice as well.
