Heard some people like the pebble tile others say it's hard on the feet. Any comments?

I love them. We have them in both our showers and it's like getting foot massage while you shower, plus they slip proof too

Hi Lisa! It really is personal preference! I love the idea and the look but actually bought a couple of sections of it and tried it for a few days before committing to buying enough for the entire shower floor and then decided against it. I just didn't enjoy it :( so scrubbed them well and put them on the top of an old chest of drawers, grouted it, and then had a glass cut to place over it. Now, that I like! :)

Sounds like a perfect resolution to not being able to return them! I bet it looks great! Thanks for the feedback.

Lisa, I've had two different showers done with stone floors. One was the bigger river stone and the other was smaller and on the flatter side. The bigger ones really hurt to step on. The smaller ones were much nicer and more comfortable. They were both a little bit of a pain to keep clean. You need to keep it sealed and there is a lot of grout. Probably at least twice a year. Soap scum gets caught around it so you have to rinse the floor before getting out. I did love the look though, I would never have one again. The first picture is the large stone with a light grout (was supposed to be darker. The second is the floor after we stained the grout. The third is the smaller, flatter stones. Sorry the last two pics aren't close-ups. Click on the pics to make them bigger.
