Hello there, Ooh you have choices, Antique Gold to tie in with your Stone. or Olive Green or Deep turquoise, Burnt Orange, Deep Rust, all would look good, so it's whatever you feel you would like to do this time.

I like your green door, but you could go a bit brighter.

  • Deeper gray will be very nice with the stone wall and your roof.

Any color matching the stone colors OR any color that matches or complimentary or analogous to green roof. See a color wheel to help you.

Hi. The one thing no one has told you concerns your storm door. Storm doors should always be painted to match the front door. Otherwise, the front door is diminished in size. Look at it now. Your front door looks dinky, and the bright white storm door is what you notice first. So whatever color you choose, just paint the storm door to match.

I see a nice dark burnt orange or a dark chocolate brown for your door.

Buy some sample size paints and some poster board. Paint a whole poster board with one of your choices and tape it to your door to see if you like it. I vote for a brighter green to tie in with the roof.

    Agree with Bpi.

Also, about the bushes - Presently they are not symmetrical in size, are overpowering the tiny step, and are competing with the front door. For maximum 'curb appeal' the front door should be featured so that it is the focal point.

If you really want to keep the bushes, I would cut them back so that they are about half the height. This in itself would open up the sightline to the front door.

The strong horizontal line formed by the concrete porch is forming a barrier to the doorway appearing inviting.

I would build out the front steps so that they make more of a vertical line, identifying this as the front of the house. Choosing a new color for the door can come later.
