I have been recommending the use of NEEM OIL. great stuff and concentrated. I use a sprayer and mix it 2 OZ fro a 2 gallon sprayer. sounds weak, but it works well and the container will last for several years!!

I use liquid Seven and spray my roses. If they are really bad, cut off the flowewers and apply.

In order to get rid of Japanese beetles, you need to get rid of the grubs. Garden's Alive sell a nematode that is specific for Japanese beetle grubs and is organic. In the mean time, try planting 4 o'clock's well away from your other plants. They are toxic to JB's and are a JB magnet.

Do it in the early spring. Right after the last frost date if possible.
