You should use rubbing alcohol to remove the sap from your clothes. Then put it in your washing machine with laundry soap. Don't put anything else in the load. According to what I read, the clothes should come out like normal. Best wishes.
I just used alcohol swabs on the seat of a pair of denim shorts in order to remove sap that had been dried after several washes. It worked straight away. It required a bit of a hard rub in the thicker spots, but all was removed.
