Do veggies grow just as good in raised beds or containers?

    yes. They will grow just fine. You need to match potting mix amount to the veggies requiremennts For containers. Raised beds, are more like a conventional garden.

    Potted plants and vegetables dry out quicker in pots. You will also need large, minimum 5 gallon, for tomatoes and peppers. Because some need large pots, the cost of garden soil - do not use potting soil - will be expensive. You can do it, many do, it is just less forgiving than a garden or raised beds.

    Yes, they sure do! My raised bed vegetable garden produces more vegetables than if I chose to grow them in the ground, mostly because the soil in my area is a hard clay. The raised beds are filled with soil and compost and manure so they are easier for me to amend and keep nutrient levels high for my vegetables.
