Entry to front door, that has indoor outdoor adhesive carpet want to update maybe with same stuff? Freezes and thaws in our weather .

How large of an area? I might just use velco to attach some nice carpet out door area rug and change out with season.
Maybe a 4’ x4’ section but the indoor/outdoor is folded down on the front and sides and glued also
