How to remove a wall between dining room & kitchen in my condo?

Great idea! First you have to find out whether or not utilities run through the wall. If so, then you need to reroute them. Are you doing this project yourself, or hire out?

Check with your condo association first to see if there are ay rules. Then you must determine if this is a weight bearing wall.

You do need to know whether the wall is load bearing. Also definitely check with the condo association if it's allowed. They also may know if it is load bearing. You would be changing the structure to the unit above or roof that the association may not allow.
