How to remove a cracked 12 x 12 ceramic tile?

    Get a grout saw and saw all the grout lines around the broken tile then take a hammer to it break out the pieces and replace it with a new tire

    Cut or chisel the grout out, remove the tile, remove excess grout and adhesive and put in the new tile and grout.

    Hi Gary, I haven't done this, but did locate some rather long instructions for how to accomplish. It calls for lots of tools but maybe it can be done without so many....or maybe you can borrow a few of the tools.
