There are some products put out there by a company called Melaleuca. They are all natural. And also animal safe. Just look up a sales rep. In your area.

Use magic eraser/sponge. They are amazing. They will make pots and pans like new so I'm sure they will work in taking make up off tile. They took a greasy black hand print off a painted white wall too! BTW, you can save money and buy the home depot brand in the cleaning aisle. You get 6 in a box and it's less that $4.00 last time I bought them. I love them for so many things. Good luck.

Just make sure that whatever you use is not a strong odor like perfumes, that is what kills the birds. I know, I have had two birds killed in the past from my daughters friend applying cologne by the bird cages. As long as it isn't a smell that gets to the same room the bird is in, you should be able to use whatever will take it off. Just rinse it good and your grey should be fine. My son has a blue and gold macaw, and I now have four canaries. We always have a pet menagerie in our household. Right now we have five dogs (two very elderly), a hybrid cat, four canaries and six fish tanks from five to a hundred and fifty gallons (fresh and salt water).

WOW,you have some brood.Iagree, i never use perfume or any cleaners with a nasty smell, even a little smell. My bird vet has told me to wash my tile floor with hydrogen peroxide. It really does a good job, except for my waxy brow pencil stain, but i will alway be careful what i use around my grey.Ihad another bird, a little Quaker Parrot i lost her do to a virus and she was having seizures from it .i am sorry about you other bird losses i know how it feels believe me

Try white vinegar first, if that does not work try mayonnaise.
