Is there a yellow paint that will stick to brown plastic outdoor chair

I have cheap plastic chairs around our small lake for friends who fish. They make a pretty picture in colors reflected in the water. I also have two brown ones that I'd like to paint yellow and add to the arrangement. I cannot imagine any

outdoor paint sticking to the plastic...am I right?

I've used Rustoleum for plastic for years - it does eventually come off but is the best on the market.

I agree with Cindy. Rustoleum has a spray paint designed for plastic. It comes in a multitude of colors. Just be sure to clean your chair very well before you paint it.
