How do you remove stains from microfiber furniture?

I think the grandbaby drooled on the couch. I have used water and a soft cloth to no avail. The stains are white droplets in several places and very obvious.

Rubbing alcohol, blot do not scrub.

  use regular isopropyl alcohol on a wash cloth or towel to dab at it, and it will clean up right away.

  I just tried that and the stains lightened but are still distinct. Maybe another application will do the tick. Thank you.
