We live in the briers and brambles full of fleas ticks and other nasty bugs. Every spring we clear out the rooms and use permethrin all around and yes we are not above a fine mist on the furniture too. When you have animals that run in and out, we have to keep everyone safe. When this happens I use "bombs" and if you have animals they need to get Advantage or Frontline pour-on drops.
It is obvious your pets are bringing them indoors so clean them up first and tackle the flea problem with baking soda and a good vacuum.

Vacuum every single day, including infested furniture. It will help rid them a bit sooner. I have 6 indoor/outdoor rescue cats, 6+ dogs, a canary and a dragon and no fleas. It can be done. Granted my climate helps, but if I can be pest free, you can conquer your flea problem ! 🌞
