I have model no. But no info comes up. Need to get to thermal fuse.

You said that you have the model number but no info comes up. In that case, I'd suggest giving Maytag a call to see why. A 5 year old washer should still be supported. Maybe it's the same as another model and just didn't come up. You could also try a different search feature. If you're using Microsoft, download google chrome and try that one. Good luck.
