If you're handy: Find wall studs in area where you want the table. Nail in 2X4 at appropriate height. Need 2 or 3 hinges that you can screw into 2x4 and table top, table should rest on 2X4 when raised. Need 2 legs to attach to table with hinges similar to what you did with wall. Legs must be narrow enough to rest between wall and table when folded without causing it to angle out too much. Remember too that legs must be short enough to fit in space when folded.
Sandy, what is it that you need help with? A little more information and a photo would be very helpful to me so I can help you.
