Dog urine smell out of gravel

Hose down at least once daily then spray with good old white vinegar. Be sure to give it decent saturation. Vinegar is cheap, I pay less than $2 a gallon.

Hi there, I would dump vinegar on it but honestly for as long as the dog is using the space there will always be a smell.

My old doggie cannot take stairs, so urinates on the deck. I use vinegar and water to take away the smell. I use 1/2 cup to a gallon of water, but am now using more vinegar and find it really works better. Watch out around plants, vinegar could harm them. Hope this helps.

You have to neutralize the urine. I use Kids n Pets from WalMart. It's a big yellow and blue labelled spray bottle. My cats spray like crazy in Spring. It kills the scent and can be used around kids. It's non toxic, biodegradable and really affordable. A bottle lasts us a year. Vinegar works too. It neutralizes the bacteria. Baking soda also works well too. The problem still comes back as the other person said, to your dog using the same spot. If it is too close to your home, I would transfer the gravel to a place further away from where it smells, then treat all of the dirt and put new gravel in. He'll scent on the new location instead.
