Hello Evelyn, Are you feeding them and watering them? Are you taking off the plantlets that grow in between the branches (They take the plant's energy)..............

Make sure you take off the suckers ( extra leaves that aren't producing fruit and drain the energy from the plant). I plant a banana peel under my tomato plants.

I agree with miracle grow! Go to your local hardware the only place to find their specialized Bloom Booster ( this will make blooms on veggies also not just flowers), you will not find at big box stores ( I use to work at Miracle Gro). Also add I tablespoon of epson salt per gallon on water to the Miracle Gro. Fertilize with this every Sunday :) . Or once a week. I just like doing that on my relaxation day. This formula works great on pepper also.

Tomatoes need a dose of calcium and other minerals once a week. We puree our egg shells for them and add water(if you only crush them they do not get the benefit of the shells' calcium this year) and also we put 2 Tbs of epsom salts in the water each week. Also, tomatoes are self polinating if you bump the flowers lightly (like when people make their fingers look like they are walking, do this on the blooms). Most tomatoes produce 1/4 of the amount of blossoms, but if you do what I call a gentle "walky walky" with the fingers, you will get close to 100% producing fruit, given they have everything else they need. The calcium and epsom salts should do it for you!
