    I agree, you shouldn't need anything else just make sure any little nails or staples left behind are gone, give it a good sweep and cleaning and then go for it with your brown paper bag flooring!

    I would first try it on a small confined corner area to see how the results may turn out. Plywood is not always an easy surface to work with. The results may not meet with your expectations, look as attractive as you had hoped, or have longevity. Live with it a short while to see how it holds up. That way you won't be stuck with a half finished hot mess right in the middle of your room.
