How can I get rid of oak mites.

QI have a huge oak tree in my front yard. For the last two years my entire family is miserable every time we go out side. My husband has gotten bitten so bad and has gotten the bites got infected so bad that he had to go to urgent care for antibiotics. We have tried all kinds of bug spray but continue to get bitten and no matter what we use we get very little relief from the terrible itching.help
