Use your lazy summer days to organize them in albums, which are frequently on sale in craft stores and at Marshall’s. Be sure to add dates and names so those who follow know who they’re looking at.
Choose only the very best photos, and get them made into photo books, have your children and grandchildren help you. Make sure they make books for you in the future. 😂😂 just to show you can add several (up to 6 photos) per page. This is “Free Prints Photobooks “ you get 1 book per month free except for reasonable shipping. But you have to do the work through an App. It’s actually a lot of fun.
These metal files (now painted white) hold lots of family photographs. I have them categorized; i.e., weddings, graduations, each person, etc etc. So far this is the best way I have found to keep photos. I also have about 8,000 photos in my desktop photo album, they will always go with me. Also we have some of those special Shutterfly albums that are like works of art. One of my favorite projects I did was to make a photo border of my grandchildren. I applied this around a large bulletin board. This is also moveable. This was quite a job of work, but well worth it as it gives me pleasure every time my eye falls on it.
