What to do about a sharpie stain?

Any way to get sharpie or
pheavyermanent stain off clothing, heavy thick "coral"

Run-of-the-mill rubbing alcohol is an extremely effective way to remove permanent marker stains, too. Place the stain face down on top of some paper towels. Dip a cloth or sponge in rubbing alcohol and dab first around the stain, then directly on it.I always use Oxi Clean Max Force! Anything that can handle baby stains (esp poo and spit-up) is tops in my book. Has also gotten out paint, grease and food stains for me.
I vote for trying alcohol! If it can get dried red and black ink out of clothes, it may work on sharpie. I know it takes it off glass and plastic containers.
try rubbing alcohol, the more concentrated the better (over 70%) it will work but test first to make sure it doesn't do any other damage.
try to walk it off with hair spray it will move to the direction you point the spray
