Ours pop off also but we just put new mastic behind them and put them back....I am not sure about using grout..but don't know....we use it on the ceramic tile but not on the plastic.
Actually the plastic tiles bevel down along the edges. The butt up to each other. There would be no room for grout. Just put them back up with tile mastic on the walls, butter the back of the tiles and slap them on.
We have the same tiles in white you need to but them next to each other
