Update floors ideas?

Floor tiles 12x12 light gray tiles on a very small budget...replacing them beyond budget .We are seniors with health issues

    Hi Brenda they make specific Tile and Bath paint just for that purpose.

    Hello Brenda! I think if you painted your floor tiles with a Tile and Bath product your tiles would be slippery. I don't think that is made for floors. Walls yes, floors no. Perhaps on option for you might be to open a line of credit at Home Depot. Many times you can charge things and make payments and they don't charge you any interest for a certain amount of months--depending on your grand total. I had 2 years to pay off my new appliances interest free. I am NOT a fan of opening a zillion credit accounts to get what I want--but in my situation it was a reasonable decision. I haven't used it since!!

    Hi Brenda, there is a large variety of stencils available that can be used on 12x12" tiles. This might provide a nice update. It can be completed a little at a time which makes it easier for us seniors.

    If you are on a budget get a remnant piece of vinyl at a flooring store and cut it in and glue it down yourself. That small of an area would be all one piece so no seam to deal with.
