Use a razor blade on them, then clean with vinegar or any window cleaner you like.

Professional window washers use warm water with a few drops of Dawn dishsoap. Apply with sheepskin applicator and squeegee off. If it's really bad, you might need to do this twice. I always allow the solution to sit on the glass for a few seconds before I squeegee.

Hi Bve, Try this recipe from Merry Maids: mix 3 drops Dawn in 1 gallon water and fill a spray bottle with the solution. Spritz and wipe as you would with any window cleaner. If your windows are really cruddy, try using one of those magic erasers.

In hard cases, I use straight ammonia, but in well-ventilated areas. I have had to fans blowing on me with all the doors open for inside windows. For outside windows, if there is no breeze, I still try to have a big fan blowing on me. Ammonia is strong stuff! Sissy ammonia is a little easier on the scrubbing, but costs more. Best wishes, Bve. ☺️

Are you talking about car window film? use Formula 409

You also remove it with steam.... mix your Formula 409 50% and 50% water in spray bottle

If you are talking about a wall window.....
