Colorful blooming plants and hummingbird feeders.
Wear red and sit real still.
I love watching my beautiful little birds feed and play. I set two feeders out. They seem to gravitate to the red ones best. I prefer the glass ones with little perches under each flower. I can view they better for a longer period of time and they get a chance to rest while they feed. They can be hung by many different methods. I placed mine on long Shepard’s hooks that can be found at gardens stores or Walmart garden center. The recommended food can be made at home. 4 parts water and 1 part sugar. Simply put a 4 cup Pyrex measuring cup in microwave for five minutes, remove and add 1 cup sugar and stir till dissolved. Let cool and fill your feeders. Watch for your birds to come. Numerous plants they love can also be placed in your landscaping.
VERY IMPORTANT:
Lookup when you have to pickup your feeders for your area. You would not want the birds to freeze.
Do not put over vegitation. Drips from feeder will kill plants. If over concrete will turn dark if not cleaned on a regular basis
