I painted our concrete patio with Sherwin Williams concrete paint. I had to do it every two years. After about 8 years, the paint bubbled. I would paint it, and after about an hour the paint had these awful bubbles. I never got a satisfactory answer from Sherwin Williams. Finally I gave up and used pavers over the concrete. Someone else may have had wonderful results. I just thought I would share my experience. Good luck.
Yes concrete paint is great but it won't last that long, you could look into concrete stain? You probably would need to pressure wash it first just to get it really clean. I would do some research before you do anything and see if you really want to go that route. Good luck!
I wanted to paint my cement floor, I was told and I read, that after you clean the concrete wash it with White Vinegar. They say this stops the paint from bubbling or peeling. I never did paint it, however I have heard that about the white vinegar quite a lot since then - even from Professionals!
