Where do you live? Any home improvement store has them in stock year round, and so do many chain big box hardware stores. Builders supply (far different than a Home Depot, Lowe's, etc.), landscape supply. Even some lumberyards carry.
If you are not looking for perfectly square corners then try using retaining wall blocks. They are relatively cheap, easy to install and available in a number of different styles and colours from the big box stores. Some brands even allow for square corners(Allan Block for one)
