I'm a renter, and keep hearing about the removable wall paper for renters. Is it as good as claimed and does is really remove easily and without leaving a residue?

Its called Peel n Stick or Removable Wallpaper. Amazon has a lot of choices. And you can also do fabric with liquid starch.

Thanks. Do you know how cleanly it removes? The wall paper, that is. I've used the fabric and starch. All I had to do was sponge down the walls after removal. Loved that.

Yes it does. I also recommend Contact paper for temporary wall paper. It peels right off, too. If there is any residue, use some Windex to remove it.

The removeable wallpapers are of two types, Rebecca. Traditional-type removable wallpaper has a thinner version of paste bonded to it. To remove, you wet the strips thoroughly with a spray bottle, then tug from the bottom. The Contact paper-type has a removable and reusable adhesive that can be removed with evenly-pressured lift-and-pull tugs, and can be repositioned slightly or completely used again, as long as the back remained clear of dust and hair. Prices for each type vary by brands. Best wishes! ☺️
