Can fiberglass doors be painted?

We have double front doors that are dark brown. They make the entry way fell very unwelcoming. If they can be painted
would we have to sand them first?

absolutely! You just need to prime them first. Your local Lowe’s or Home Depot can point you in the right direction.
It might need a special primer instead of sanding but any good house paint should work. just make sure it is clean and dry first.
