I believe some water leaked onto some or my homemakers didn't squeeze the mp dry enough. Also, had a cat that urinated on an area of floor. Some of my joints are separating and don't know why. I really need new flooring but it is to expensive and don't know how to fix or who to call to fix it. Please help! I am a disabled senior woman and cannot afford to hire more people in.

If it were me..I might try to get someone to possibly use adhesive on the ones that are bowing on you. They do make very good adhesives these days that are extremely strong.

  • You have a multitude of issues going on here. Without a photo, I would contact your local flooring stores and get estimates for cost to repair. Have your cleaning service use Bona products for the floors to reduce further damage. And yes, you may have to stand over them and micro manage their work. Some just do not care that their methods may be ruining your floors.

Call in a flooring expert or fix a beading around the colomns and fix them down.
