Spiders- Is there a natural non toxic way of getting rid of them?

I live in FL and have a swimming pool with a screened in cage. The cage gets overrun with spiders/spider webs. I sweep them down with a broom and they continue to come back. Is there a natural non toxic way of getting rid of them?

Fresh Cab makes little packets that repel mice. They also have one for spiders.
