No. Round-up is controversial though. Please, do not use any DIY remedy with salt as it will kill the soil and can leach into the water table.
Cut a trench from the edges and keep it trimmed so it doesn't grow into the driveway.
you might try salt. we have found that cheap and effective. I think we even used the salt they put in water softeners.
