Deck color advice?
I have a house that is beige with white trim and a white front porch just added deck to back will redwood or brown deck look bad with white front porch

Hello Diane, actually we are planning a composite deck on our beige house of a rich streaky brown color with white boards on the stairs and white rails too. It seems common in my investigation of decking color choices.
Our rear deck is very matchy to the siding, we wish to avoid that.
Redwood or composite wood will last a long time. A brown deck will be hard to keep clean. Go look at deck stain and see what color compliments the back of your home.
Hi Diane, Not if the back of your home and garden would look good with it. It will fade a bit anyway and if it is too strong a colour you could add Bright colour plants or Planters. If you still not happy, leave it a few years till it really fades and then use White Garden Paint for Trellis Fences and furniture. etc. In UK it is called Shades (Lots of nice colours)........
