Tips on hanging mirror so the top is ambled out from the wall?

    attach a strip of wood, about 1 inch thick and a little less in length than the top width measurement of your mirror. If you can't attach it to the back of the mirror, then perhaps attach it to the wall where the mirror will cover it. If you're hanging the mirror with wire, allow some slack in the wire so the top will angle out. If 1 inch wood isn't enough distance out from the wall, then either add thicker wood or slide wood strip down a bit. Be sure the wire is on a hook, not just a nail or screw, because angling the mirror out may cause it to slip off the nail...

    The easiest way is to place eye bolts on the frame just above the half way point vertically. Attach picture wire with a little extra length. The angle will be determined by the height of the eye bolts and the length of picture wire you use. You can test this out by cutting a template of your mirror and attaching kitchen string with painter's tape to the back. Once you have the angle you want on the template, transfer those locations and length to the mirror.
