It just needs some wood glue to put it back into place.
Good glue and a bungee cord or painters tape to hold it in place for about 24 hours to be safe. Most of us don’t own the right clamp to do that job.
If it’s a flat surface, use a long “shim” over the veneer for a bit more pressure.
Hi there,
Use a pallet knife or an old flat edged knife to spread something like Gorilla Glue i in between the veneer and the dresser. Once glued down , use a weight or pile of books to keep it flat until totally dry.. Good luck!
Wood glue for wood veneer. Gel super glue for plastic, vinyl veneer.
Apply some carpenter's glue and wipe off any excess that oozes out when you apply pressure. Either clamp in place or use a weight on it,
