I received a pot plant of two tone Lily’s and I was asking when do I plant them outside to come up next year?

Lilies are Summer plants. Plant outdoors this Fall, making sure your soil is well prepared (no clay, great drainage, perlite if needed, compost, and bulb food). Plant to depth required for type of Lily (Asiatic, Oriental, etc), noting frost/freeze level for your zone. Water lightly. Mulch after first frost. Note that deer love lilies, so you'll have to spray with Liquid Fence Concentrate mixed with water, or similar product, particularly once Lily starts to grow, as deer eat new leaf growth, as well as flowers 😣. Additionally, if this Lily was grown in a greenhouse, it may not be "winter hardy" in your area.
