How do you build walls under the decking of a beach house?

If you don't know where to start this might be a good time to hire someone. Sorry but this a big undertaking.

It sounds like you are wanting to add screen walls? If so, You could build frames for trellis (4' x 8' panels) and attach those to the underside of your deck and the additional supports that you would need to add. Is the ground sand underneath the deck?
Another idea is add a mesh screen that is breathable if it is just screening you are looking for. You would still need a frame to keep it taut but the frame weight should be minimal.
Most homeowners do not pass up the opportunity to arrange a relaxing terrace in their private or beach house. Terraces can be freestanding or attached to the house. If your home is located by the sea or a lake, a beach or coastal style is an ideal choice for a terrace. Of course, a coastal terrace should be built with a view of the water - the sea, a forest lake, or a river. A month ago, I holidayed in one of the villas on Siesta Key, a beautiful barrier island on the Gulf Coast of Florida. The clear water and white sand beaches make it an up-and-coming vacation destination.
