It depends on whether your concrete was sealed or not. Concrete is porous and if it hasn't been sealed the chances are good that it's not going to easy to get all the paint off. Try putting mineral spirits and turpentine on the paint stain and leave for about 30 minutes. Use a scrubbing brush to scrub it off and then hose down with a high pressure washer. Repeat if necessary
