How do I repair a dirt driveway?

I'm on a slight hill with 2 slight curves... my driveway washes... how should I pitch it and in what size order do I put the rocks to keep it from washing?

First you need to address the water - where is coming from and how can I direct it away from the drive i.e. culvert, ditch etc. Then you can add gravel, but if you don't address the water issue, the gravel just washes away.
Asphalt millings. Thats what we used on ours.
