We took a door, along with several different pieces of furnittionings and wood to make my Rustic Hall tree, but adding shelving at the top for this challenging!

This was the inspiration for my Hall Tree, plus a whole lot more supplies!!

So we started out by measuring and cutting the top of the table and adding the braces.

Then my husband felt it needed a little sanding, so he he sanded the top.

Then we took the 2 parts we used as the legs, measured and cut fro size. (We used a lot of different pieces of furniture we had in our storage.

Then we added the table top to the legs, and began measuring and cutting for the cans and umbrella pockets!

Continuing with the cane and umbrella pockets.

Then we started measuring and cutting for a little added decor on the middle of the door.

So now, I wanted a door knob plate, so I made my own!

I drew and cut out the plate.

Then I used hot glue to make mi design.

Then painted it to look a little bronzie.

Here it is attached to the door, along with the center piece add on

Next we added the corbels that I also made for the top shelf we were going to add on.

Then cut and sanded the shelf.

It’s not quite finished yet, still going to add the wood slates to the top of the table, and paint it, but wanted to get it in this weeks Challenge plus haven’t been able to think of a color to paint. (Going to just paint the door, corbles and shelf, leaving the legs and trim it’s natural color) but here it is!!

So did you use a scroll saw on your piece? With the hot glue?
