How to seal corrugated Iron

I use corrugated iron and sink plates for art effects and then mount them onto walls. I use paints, clues and paper on these pieces. These items are sometimes placed in direct sunlight and I have noticed that the ends of the paper appears to pull away from the sink. I want to keep the rustic look of the sink at the background and still need the decor to stand out!! HOW can I seal the paper art without pulling away from the sink?? HELP!!!! ☺

Use a higher rag content if applying liquid to the paper. It will be less likely to warp if thicker and boards are even better. You can spray paper products with a polyurethane that has uv protection. If you can’t find the spray in a paint store then go to an art supply store. You could attach it with archival “dots” made for scrapbooking if the material is light after sealing the metal. Some metal is waxed to protect from rusting but it may be hard to attach things to it. I would use a clear spray made for metal. The dots should stick. You could drill holes in the metal to attach the hangers for a paperboard. Or encase everything in uv glass. A frame shop can make something for you.
