What to do about marks on my Vynal Wrap UPVC Front Door?

I assume you've already tried vinyl wrap cleaner? If so, and you were unsuccessful, a lot of people swear by Barkeepers Friend. Personally, I like outdoor patio furniture cleaner. Works like a charm.

I just googled vinyl door wraps. I couldn’t find any for exterior doors. Front doors and side doors get a lot of use and abuse. Have you tried washing it with something like Dawn to get the black marks off? Or vinegar and water? I’d also try one of those Mr. Clean magic eraser, do it in a spot first no one will see. Either way it will have to be cleaned before you apply a wrap.

and I know this sounds weird, but try some WD—40. I just put it on a rag and wipe. But I clean with Dawn and water first and dry the door. I just use an old towel to dry it. I’m too cheap to use paper towels. Be careful using mineral spirits as it can remove paint.

Wash the door. Exterior paint is the best surface for ar exterior door. It won’t peel if the surface is properly prepared. Follow drying directions.
