Will Day lilies rebloom?

I heard that if you snip off the seed pots that form after the flower blooms that it will reflower again. Is this true or am I wasting my time snipping off all those pods.

    Yes they will, l have many! They will also spread

    Yes. remove the brown leaves too. Water early in the day. and light fertilizer is ok too.

    The re-blooming will depend on the type of daylily you have. some types do and some dont . The very common Stella-de-oro, which is yellow, does rd-bloom and benefits from removing the pods.

    Do the pods make more lillies if I dry them & then plant??

    They will rebloom but you just don't get as many blooms as the first initial blooming of the year.
