How many times have you vowed to ‘do better next year’ when it comes to gardening? Well, make ‘next year’ THIS year with these summertime garden hacks!

This is the time of year where I always find that I can use an extra trick (or ten) up my sleeve when it comes to gardening. The weeds are really starting to come in at full force, the veggie garden has plenty of things that need to be harvested and re-planted, and the flower garden areas need to be tamed and deadheaded so they don’t get completely out of control.

I find having a new tip to experiment with is often just the thing I need to give me a boost of motivation to keep up with it all. I always find it so tempting at this time of year to say “Oh well! I’ll try to do better next year!”, but if I really dig in (literally, haha) and get the work done, this is the best time of year for getting some really satisfying results out of a garden.

Here are a few of my favorite summertime garden hacks for this time of year. Hopefully you’ll find a few new ones to try in here and you’ll get that much-needed motivation to get out there and get it done!
