I see no Crestman Window manufacturer on the internet- so that’s a dead end.

if you need hardware and or the sashes & jambsets are warped from water damage- It’s time for new windows. There’s tax credits for energy efficient products on the IRS’ website.

Sorry they are crestline but you are probably right it is most likely water damage since they open from the bottom |\

Do you mean Casement windows. Photos would help. If so The cranks are stripped and need to be replaced.

Ok. I quickly found a 10 year Warranty. Try that ASAP. Warranty claims take a lot of time.

Opening from the bottom, to you means what? Double hung or Awning? There’s a significant price difference.

Awning , and they are over 10 yrs. old just talked to my neighbor who also had crestline windows but in and she had to have about three replaced due to the water damaged from rain. Guess I'll check with getting three new windows as the years go bu I will have to replace all of them sooner or later.

      Thanks for your help
